Lt. Governor Sorton leaves the island for Boston and Holland

Lt. Governor of Saba Mr. Sydney Sorton leaves the island on Thursday morning where he will be traveling to Boston to attend the graduation ceremony of the Saba University School of Medicine. At this graduation several medical students that has studied on Saba will be graduating and Lt. Governor Sorton has been invited to attend the ceremony.

Lt. Governor Sorton said that he is honored to be present for this grand occasion especially after realizing that many of those that will be graduating has studied here on our little island. We should be all proud to know that the name of Saba will be amongst some of the big guns when it comes to providing medical students that tranquility to live and study on the island.

Lt. Governor Sorton will leave Boston on June 3rd for the Netherlands where together with his colleagues from the other islands will be having meetings. Lt. Governor Sorton is due back on the island on June 11th 2007.
