The Harry L. Johnson Museum, Windwardside Saba's Harry Luke Johnson museum is located in a 160-year old Saban sea captain's cottage in Windwardside. It stands in the middle of a beautiful meadow, used as a public park for picnics and Sunday croquet games. There is a playground for small children.
The museum interior has retained the furnishings of the Victorian era. There is a small resource center with articles and articles on Saba and a collection of artifacts from the Amerindian archeological sites around the island. Attendant Sandra Johnson will welcome you and explain the exhibits.
The museum is open from Monday to Friday and upon request. Check at the Tourist Office for opening hours.
