Windward Island Airways international N.V. (WINAIR) announces a rise in their fuel Surcharge of US$ 2.50 per one-way. This rise is due directly to the current market level of rising fuel prices, as provided to Winair.
This increase in the fuel surcharge rate per ticket for all flights is from US$ 12.50 per one way sector and to US$ 25.00 per round trip.
This increase in the fuel surcharge rate per ticket for Residents of the Netherlands Antilles for flights from St. Maarten to Saba and St. Eustatuis is US$ 5.00 per one way sector and US$ 10.00 per round trip.
The effective date for this revised surcharge is applicable for tickets issued for travel on / after May 1, 2008. The surcharge will be collected at the point of ticketing.
