All businesses at the Fort Bay Harbour are up and running no boats were damaged or lost before, during or after the passing of Hurricane Omar.
Dive boats sought safe harbour on St Maarten which is a normal precaution, and some dive operators hoisted their dive boats out of the water here on Saba. As soon as the first dive boats returned to Saba operations went into full swing and diving has resumed. The main pier is receiving cargo and is also being used by the various Dive centers at the Fort Bay. Small pier not so lucky but should be operational within the near future.
The island is fully up and running and a thank u must go out to Government and local citizens for a job well done, also the Electricity company G.E.B.E, and cable T.V which should be up to full signal within short.
