Set high off the ground atop a traditional native stone foundation, the location delivers spectacular views for which the island is renowned. Stunning tropical gardens frame the extraordinary view that flows from the spacious living room, over the inviting pool and out to the azure horizon dotted with the mountains of Statia, St Kitts, Nevis, Montserrat. New large windows create unfettered views from the interiors and bring in the glorious sunlight washing each room in a soft tropical glow. The spacious living room features a chic white décor accented with soft nautical shades and dark woods. Comfortable sofas face the view, framed by elegant French doors. Highly polish, dark hardwood floors run throughout the cottage.

The large fully equipped kitchen and dining area, with stylish white cabinetry and elegant tilework, is a serene place to prepare a meal and dine in. Sea views and glimpses of the gardens flow into the room from the large windows. Or dine al fresco on one of the terraces around the house. The front pool terrace has been fully renovated to create a very inviting outdoor space for taking a refreshing dip while enjoying the view and a cool beverage or morning coffee. The pool deck is well furnished in chic resort style furniture.

The two bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, are tranquil private retreats. White linens popped with subtle cream and tan accessories that adorn the comfortable beds.
