The cottage has been on Airbnb since 2012 and is rented as a two bedroom space that sleeps 4-6. The second bedroom is an attached but separate unit with its own two entrances. If a couple only needs the main bedroom, then a $50/day reduction in the total house price is automatically calculated into your price. Each bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bath. There is a full length twin trundle bed couch for 1 or 2 kids or adults which can be added on to the full house price for guests 5 and 6.
In 2022 an adjacent detached studio apartment, Peter Hytte, was built so three couples may stay at one time and socialize together in the main cottage if desired. In 2026 it was expanded with the addition of a second bedroom with bath. Now four couples can stay together on the property.
