The property contains two primary structures, a main villa and separate one bedroom guest house plus 2 one bedroom apartments. The main house has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, a great room and spacious garden room and dining room all with sea, pool and garden views and access to the outdoors.

The main house interior, with soaring 20 foot post and beam ceilings, is softly silvered red wood encased in 12” Saban stone keeping the house naturally cool, although it is fully air conditioned. Rare wide plank white pine floors and millwork architectural details enhance the interior’s natural elegance. The feel is very modern Plantation style. A similar feel exists within the guest cottage. The comfortable high end furnishings create a sense of relaxed elegance. A sophisticated electronic system keeps pace with modern needs. Tall Saban French doors and windows bring in the light, views and breezes as well as provide access to the outdoors from each room. A modern, fully furnished gourmet kitchen allows for large scale entertaining.

The outdoor spaces are as comfortable as the indoor spaces offering endless living and dining possibilities including an expansive 500 square foot terra cotta terrace, a large stone patio that unites the villa, guest house and pool.
