Flex "Mountain High" Fitness Gym of Saba
This fitness gym is nestled in the heart of Windwardside and open 24/7! There are plenty of free weights, along with a Smith machine, over and under cams, and some Universal equipment, too. Reiki and Cranial Sacral Therapy, Reflexology
Alise J. Hassell, RN, BS, MSN, is a trained "Upledger Institute" practitioner of Cranio-sacral therapy, an Ingham International Institute of Reflexology trained reflexologist and a certified Usui Reiki Master/Teacher. Combing or single focusing these gentle, but effective therapies she works to relieve stress and pain enabling her clients to function on a higher, more pleasant self care level. Yoga
Saba's serenity is a natural setting for that inward look which spells yoga. Suzanne has been teaching in the Iyengar tradition, with its emphasis on proper alignment and individualized pace, for more than three years on the island. The one-hour classes are held in Juliana's public room Wednesday evening and Saturday morning and on request by contacting Suzanne at 416-2731. Mats, blocks, and belts are provided and beginners are welcome. Namasté!
